LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! The Academy Makes Its First Full-Length Feature Film!

Full Vision's New Media Arts Academy has begun principal photography on their full-length feature film, the teen thriller, "A Hot Night In The Valley."

Penned and directed by veteran filmmaker and FVAF's artistic director Tony Spires, "A Hot Night In the Valley" stars professional actors Spires, BT Kingsley, Keu Reyes, Tia Osborne, Tommy Nguyen, Sharifa Oliver and Jasmin Leigh along with The Academy's advanced students Bryan Paez, Jonathan Garcia and Elijah Fox.  The film also introduces music artist and acting newcomer Pierre Conley.  The motion picture is produced by Tony Spires and FVAF executive director Rhonda Spires.   "This is a movie about young people, for young people and starring young people, touts Spires.  "Even behind the scenes many of our key crew are under 25."  The production's base camp and one of our key location's is courtesy of our community partner Alliance For Community Empowerment/RUTH YouthBuild.  Stay tuned for production updates and information on how you can be a part of the movie.
